CLPD — Christian Life and Professional Development — is a graduate mentoring initiative that transforms Christian university graduates into agents of discipleship. Instead of walking away from their institutions after graduation, CLPD graduates are equipped and sent back into secondary schools and colleges to facilitate Bible studies and spiritual mentorship.
Over the past five years, TAYOMI has trained and deployed over 7,750 Christian graduates through CLPD — strengthening discipleship and fostering a Christ-centered lifestyle across learning institutions in Tanzania.
